Another nice solution. This is flush, similar to the previous but uses a different design. With this design , the retainer does not cover much of the cowl bottom so I think both retaining screws are on the top cowl. While a very nice looking solution, it does not provide the added benefit of holding the forward section of the cowl toghether as the previous solutions.
